F-Secure
To find the version of the software that is already
installed, please right click on the blue "F" triangle with title
"F-Secure Settings and Statistics" on your windows task bar and go to
"About".
The first line from the opened windows contains the
version installed:
eg. F-Secure Anti-Virus Client Security x.xx build xxxxx
Fsdiag is a diagnostics
tool for F-Secure products. It produces a file named fsdiag.tar.gz which
can be opened for example using WinZip. The output consists of several
log files including information about the system and the installed
F-Secure products.
Go to the folder, where you
have installed F-Secure, to folder Common (the
path usually is:
c:\Program Files\F-Secure\Common) and double
click on the file named:
fsdiag.exe When the fsdiag tool finishes gathering the log
files, you will see that a compressed file name fsdiag.tar.gz has
been created.
Uninstall F-Secure from
Add/Remove Programs
(in Control Panel).
When finished, reboot.
If you don't have another F-Secure application installed, delete the
folder F-Secure found under \Program Files\
Delete all the temporary files found under c:\temp
and C:\Windows\Temp

General Questions
Press the "Print
Screen" or "Prt Sc" button, found on your
keyboard.
Opent the Paint Application (Start ->
Programs -> Accessories -> Paint)
Go to the Edit
menu -> Paste and watch the
screen capture appearing.
To to File menu -> Save.
Select a name for your file and choose"JPEG" on the
file type --> Save
Inter Engineering Cd
You receive
cd because you bought one or more of the product that Inter Engineering
distributes. You will receive this cd every two months.
This cd
contains all the latest updates and patches of all the products that
Inter Engineering dristributes, trial
versions, pricelists, presentations and many more.
You
should check the version of your product,
look if there is something new
for this product and proceed with installation.
Once you insert the cd to your cd-rom,
the web-browser will automatically open. After that you can browse
wherever you want. In case the cd doesn't open automatically, go to
"cd-rom" folder and double click on "index.htm"
