INTRODUCTION One Stop Security Workshop 2008 After last year’s great success Inter Engineering’s major international event “One Stop Security Workshop” will be held again this year, on April, 17th 2008, at the Divani Palace Acropolis Hotel in Athens. The event will start at 12:00 with a complimentary lunch and the registration of the attendees, closing will be at 19:00 with an enjoyable Security Cocktail and a lottery. An accompanying press conference will be held at 11:00. The great success of 2007 The innovative first One Stop Security Workshop was realized last year in front of an audience of close to a 100 participants who were impressed by the idea and the practical contents of the event. Even at the end of a whole afternoon of presentations, the conference rooms remained filled and the feedback from the attendants was excellent. Attendants represented the IT industry as well as a large variety of enterprises and originated from Greece, Cyprus and the Balkan. Press-representatives not only attended the Press Conference but were also present during the rest of the event. The great success of the “One Stop Security Workshop” is the reason that the event will be repeated annually.
An innovative event showing effective solutions to a variety of major security problems of our days are shown life by leading international experts. The event consists of presentations with a maximum duration of 50 minutes each, in which important security problems and their solutions will be addressed and shown on the spot. Two parallel sequences of presentations will be held and the prenounced agenda gives the opportunity to decide in advance which session one will attend. Attendees are invited to ask questions during the sessions and contribute with their own security problems and concerns.
