Sales & Business Development Executive, International


Inter Engineering is a Value Added Distributor of Data Security solutions and services. Supporting a growing reseller channel we operate internationally covering Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans. Our strength lies in our technical expertise which we use to support our partners and end customers. We believe in long term partnerships where both strive to mutual benefit and apply this to our relationships both with our vendor partners as well as our resellers.

As part of our relatively small but enthusiastic and skilled team you will be helping us to increase our business internationally.

Your tasks include:

  • Recruiting new reseller partners internationally and developing them into revenue generators
  • Maintaining relationships with reseller partners
  • Coach resellers in their sales activities
  • Develop sales plans and targets and reach those targets
  • Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor sales and profit for each account.
  • Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all decision makers.
  • Follow the competition and develop and apply competitive strategies
  • Sales presentations for resellers and clients showing the success and credibility of the business and our data security portfolio
  • Create price quotations, negotiate pricing with resellers whenever needed
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers if appropriate.

Candidate personality
You are an enthusiastic hard worker who wants to become part of the team of a very well established player in the world of data security. You want to be part of the journey moving Inter Engineering’s business forward, eager to develop your position within the company as well. Your IT skills are very good, your English is fluent and you’re willing to learn and do that fast. You are very ambitious and self confident. You’re optimistic and you have a lot of energy.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience essential.
  • Demonstrable and successful sales track record
  • First class consultative sales skills. Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
  • Background in the IT business
  • Good technical background in information security area is desirable.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proven record of effectively meeting sales targets
  • Good disciplined use of CRM and administration.
  • Fluent English written & spoken
  • Driver’s license
  • Prepared to travel often
  • Not a 9 to 5 mentality
  • Fast learnerFriendly and enthusiastic in relationships
  • Good in teamwork, but extremely good in managing own activities. We’re not going to tell you what to do.
  • Taking initiative
  • Strong character. Doesn’t give up.
  • Improvisation skills. Fast adaptor to new situations
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • A degree in business studies would be an advantage
